| Content Creation |
Simply upload your HTML emails by .html/zip file or just send simple plain text emails.
Create your own HTML email, even with
no technical knowledge, using Subscribe’s inbuilt easy template builder.
You can also use the sophisticated content editor to make changes to a pre-designed template, allowing you to keep consistency in branding but change the message. |
 |
Personalisation of emails is automatically done using Subscribe’s variables system; use either the default variables or create your own and simply insert these into your template and Subscribe will automatically personalise your emails.
Add rich media (video/audio clips) and multiple file attachments to your emails and track who opened them.
Before you send your email, get a full spam analysis of what you are about to send; this comprehensive breakdown will enable you to modify your template to ensure it complies with W3C standards.
Create and define your own image library to be used in conjunction with the easy template builder to ensure brand control. |
| Customisation and Branding |
Subscribe comes with an administrator and client login area, allowing you to manage multiple clients in the one system and setup individual login areas for each site.
It also comes as a fully white labelled solution meaning you and your customers can have their own individually branded email marketing systems. |
 |
The interface is also fully configurable to match your own branding.
Permissions can be set to allow different users to have access to the lists, templates and reports. You can also allow users to setup and send email shots either themselves or with administrator sign off, to maintain tight controls on all emails that leave your system.
|
|
An unlimited database size* means that you can upload multiple lists of varying sizes to encompass basic email address only lists right through to detailed profiles on each individual subscriber.
*limited only by hardware |
| Detailed Reporting |
After you’ve sent your email go to the reporting section of the software and find out:
|
What your success rate was
- How many failed
- How many emails were viewed
- Number of unique and total click throughs
- To whom did emails bounce and why
- Who opened their email in HTML and who received the text only version
- Who opted out
|
| You can also watch the progress of the email as it goes out in real time and then view detailed reporting on campaign timing and retries.
Compare results from multiple campaigns, including success rates, open rates and click throughs. |
|
Keeps a record of all individuals from the first minute their email address enters the system. Subscribe records entire subscriber history and activity.
PLUS, you can now view:
- A demographic breakdown of all opt-ins in graphical format
- All those who forward to a friend
- Breakdown of lists by domain
- Full installation report, showing you a breakdown of each site details
- Who accessed the system and when
- Site wide report, showing you details of each campaign in the that site.

Rolling Campaigns
|
You can create a journey of emails that a reader can automatically starts themselves on when they sign up to a form you have embedded into your website. So when a reader fills in their details, in the same way they will automatically receive a thank you email, they will automatically be sent the number of emails you have created for this rolling campaign as and when you wish.
For example, if you created a rolling campaign which has 6 emails in its entirety, you will be able to:
- set up the emails that any reader should receive by signing up to your form
- create time delays so that they only receive these emails when it will be most relevant to the campaign
- allow the reader to read any of these professionally designed HTML email and click through to any website you wish to promote
- view full detailed reports on each stage, seeing the statistics and success each stage of your campaign has brought
- add people to the list, introducing them at a later stage of the campaign so that they wil only receive specific emails
- view overall reporting to easily compare the different stages of the campaign see who is at each stage

CTA's: Call to Action Triggers
|
If you wanted to perform automated marketing follow ups you can very easily do this based on the readers reaction to the initial email that you send them. We refer to this as a ‘Call to Action’ (CTA) and is done by simply entering a text variable into your email which will become a hyperlink when it is fully setup and sent out to your database. By simply having this link in the email you can then perform a number of different actions:
- direct them through to the website of your choice
- have an email alert sent to you with the readers profile as soon as the link is clicked on
- and send the reader an automated follow up set up on a time dealy from when they first cliked on this link
- also, you can have the system automatically send through a follow up email should the reader NOT have clicked on the CTA link within your email, in case you wish to reiterate you key message.
Within a standard shot report, where you can view full statistics of any particular email broadcast, you will also find an additional CTA reporting section where you will be able to fully analyse the success of this campaign in itself.
