The CIM awarded ION Technologies 3rd place in the prestigious business gala evening held on the 12th of October 2005. The CIM is the world's largest professional marketing body with 50,000 members in 130 countries.

Hosted by Irish chat show legend Gay Byrne, The CIM Exporter of The Year award was contested by many Irish companies and clinched by the worthy winners Andor Technologies.

Other successes on the night included multiple nominations for Activity Breaks, Europe's leading on-line travel company. Category winners Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau also starred in the evening's events. Both companies use ION Technologies email marketing solutions extensively within their on-line marketing activities.
